“Wu-Tang: An American Saga” Series Trailer

Wu-Tang: An American Saga, series about formation of the group, will be released 4. September 2019 on Hulu. The screen version is based on the real story, described in “The Wu-Tang Manual” and “Tao of Wu” books.

At the beginning of the 90s, there was an outbreak of crack-cocaine epidemy. At the same time, RZA decided to unite his associates which were torn between music and crime. Wu-Tang Clan was joined by RZA, GZA, Ol’ Dirty Bastard †, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, U-God and Masta Killa.

The series depicts the era of Wu-Tang Clan formation and consist of 10 episodes. The creators are RZA and Alex Tse. The consulting producers are Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, Masta Killa and GZA.

Concerning the cast, Dave East will play the role of Method Man, and Joey Bada$$ will act the part of Inspectah Deck.

For the whole time of existence, Wu-Tang Clan released 5 gold and platinum albums, sold 40 million records worldwide. Wu-Tang Clan is often described as one of the most influential groups for the whole history of hip-hop music.
